Living Sober is a Community Interest Company founded in 2005 to provide recovery from alcohol addiction.
Established to provide rehabilitation and support and assist those with chronic alcohol problems who want to rehabilitate back in the community within Redcar & Cleveland, Living Sober is unique within the North East of England.

At living sober we are dedicated to help all our members to live a healthy lifestyle, many of us were heavy smokers when we came to recovery and both our body and pockets were suffering from it. I am happy to say that most of us have tackled this habit by changing to electronic cigarettes which are both safe because they have none of the harmful chemicals of traditional cigarettes while still keeping the nicotine.
The e-cigs and the liquid that is supplied with them come in a range of flavours and I would go as far as saying if you can think of the flavour then it is out there.
