		<description><![CDATA[After the sucess of the sponsored swim and the]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After the sucess of the sponsored swim and the people involved still wanting to do more, living sober has a new fundraising plan underway. </p>
<p>After we swam the English channel in aid of <a title="Children in need" href="http://childreninneed.org/">Children in need </a>we decided that was nowhere near enough so after some discussions we have come up with a sponsored swim of over 1000 miles.  Obviously we won&#8217;t be doing this all at once but spread over the course of a year. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Group members completed the swim for Children in Need, we swam the equivelent of the English channel in Eston sweimming baths on Saturday 5th of November, with nearly every swimer achieving their personal bests in distance and time.  I will update when all the sponsorship money has been collected and will post the totals here.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[On Saturday 5th of November members of the Living]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On Saturday 5th of November members of the Living Sober group along with family members will be participating in a charity swim in which we aim to swim the length of the channel in our local swimming pool. We&#8217;re doing this challenge to raise much needed money for <a title="Children in Need" href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/pudsey/" target="_blank">Children in Need</a>, as well as for our own enjoyment and personal achievements along the way.</p>
<p>Many of the group members have been training for a long time in order to be able to do this swim and arre aiming to raise as much as possible for this worthwile charity.  The total length is over 22 miles and we have 4 hours to complete it in.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Living sober has moved to a new home. We]]></description>

We have located to a community centre in the area.This is great news for us and will help us to have a greater influence on supporting alcoholics- and their families- in Redcar and Cleveland.  We are hoping to have more groups set up shortly and have alot of new projects and ideas in development.
